1:1 REHAB STRENGTH TRAINING - STRONG FOR DAILY LIFE

My 1:1 rehab strength sessions are fully personalised and designed around you — your goals, your body, and how you move.


These sessions combine strength training, resistance work, and cardiovascular exercise to create a balanced approach to strength and rehabilitation that improves both physical health and everyday function.


Do you have a condition or impairment that effects your daily life? Do you have a structural challenge that means you move differently or you adapt the world around you to support your movement? Does your neurological condition change the way your brain and body connections meet and therefore impairs or changes your movement? Do you want to participate in exercise without being made to feel 'different'? Are you frustrated that your hormones or lack of hormones are changing the way your body operates and recovers and would like to exercise in a way that compliments your body and not works against it? Would you like to safely exercise with a physiotherapist?

I assess how you move, adapt exercises where needed, and make changes on the day depending on how you’re feeling. Some days focus more on strength, others on cardio or mobility, everything works together to support long-term progress.


These sessions aren’t about pushing you to exhaustion.


They are about training smart, building confidence, improving fitness, and helping you feel strong, capable, and supported every step of the way.
