Living with a general medical condition doesn’t mean you have to stop moving, in fact, the right kind of movement can make a huge difference to how you feel day to day.


I work with clients managing a wide range of medical conditions, offering safe, personalised sessions designed to support strength, mobility, confidence, and overall wellbeing.


Every programme is tailored to you, taking into account your diagnosis, symptoms, energy levels, medications, and personal goals.


Sessions may help with:

Training is always adapted. Exercises can be modified, slowed down, supported, or changed completely to suit how your body feels on the day. Some days are about progress, others are about maintenance and both matter.


These sessions aren’t about pushing through discomfort or chasing intensity.


They’re about moving safely, building resilience, and helping you feel more capable in your own body.

Whether you are managing a long-term condition, recovering from illness, or simply need extra support with movement, my aim is to help you feel stronger, steadier, and more confident — one session at a time.
