1:1 RESISTANCE TRAINING & GENERAL FITNESS

My 1:1 general training sessions are fully personalised and designed around you — your goals, your body, and how you move.

These sessions combine strength training, resistance work, and cardiovascular exercise to create a balanced approach to fitness that improves both physical health and everyday function.


Whether your aim is to get stronger, improve fitness, move better, lose weight, or simply feel more confident in your body, every programme is tailored specifically to your needs.


Sessions may include:


  • Resistance and strength training
     
  • Cardiovascular conditioning
     
  • Functional movement exercises
     
  • Mobility and flexibility work
     
  • Balance and core training
     
  • Technique coaching and form correction
     

No two sessions look exactly the same, because no two bodies are the same.


I assess how you move, adapt exercises where needed, and make changes on the day depending on how you’re feeling. Some days focus more on strength, others on cardio or mobility, everything works together to support long-term progress.


These sessions aren’t about pushing you to exhaustion.


They are about training smart, building confidence, improving fitness, and helping you feel strong, capable, and supported every step of the way.


Whether you are brand new to exercise or already active, 1:1 training gives you focused attention, expert guidance, and a safe space to work towards your goals.
